SHIPPING INFO

Due to new regulations in the UK/EU I am unable to ship to these regions for the time being! Sorry about that!

IMPORTANT: If you order from any of these regions your order WILL be cancelled, so please refrain from ordering if this applies to you!

You can expect your items to ship within 7 to 14 business days (unless it is a preorder.)


Once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands! If it gets lost, there is not much I can do, you can contact me to resend your order though if it's proved to have been lost.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays customs may cause.

PREORDER INFO

Preorder items are items that are listed before being produced or on hand. When you preorder, you are aware your item will not ship immediately, and that there is a wait time on top of shipping time to allow for production. This wait time is an estimate, it'll be around a month or so either after preorders close or, if done in batches, after you have placed the order, until the products will arrive to me so I can ship them out.

If ordered with on-hand items, the on-hand items will be combined with the pre-orders when those arrive to me, so the wait time applies to them too. If you want to receive the items that are on-hand sooner, please order them seperately.

FAQ

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes!

But please note that while there are some complications with shipping to EU/UK, I do currently ship worldwide. Anybody who's got something shipping to EU/UK take NOTE that they may be charged an additional VAT fee in customs for their orders, and should that not be paid, they may not receive their order. That is unfortunately out of my hands and just something to keep in mind. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNPAID VAT FEES. 

Q: Why hasn't my order been shipped?

A: If it was a preorder listing, always keep in mind that it is AFTER the preorder period ends that I begin the process to get them manufactured. I can't ship something to you if I don't have it yet! There is always the possibility of delays within manufacturing, but I will keep as updated as I can on my twitter.

Q: I put the wrong address in my order!! What do I do?

A: 
I accept order changes, just contact me, via my email or the contact button above, before the order is shipped and I'll get that fixed up for you. If you get an email with the tracking number, and the order is shipped, then I cannot change it!

If it is re-sent to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a reshipment fee.
